Computer Maintenance
Our Technical & Computer Maintenance Services (an out-source business process) aim to provide support services to non-ICT businesses and companies. Currently, The NOVA Foundation maintains the following satisfied clients:

Agcaoili & Associates - A top Filipino law firm with offices in Citibank Towers in Makati City has been our client for the past two years now where we service their LAN and over twenty computer workstations as well as all computer peripherals of their firm. We also act as their computer technology advisor.

J. Romero & Associates - A leading player in the advertising industry. A client for over two years now. As part of our agreement, we service their LAN and take care of all fifty-five of their computer workstations including all other computer peripherals such as scanners, hubs, printers, etc.

Pacific Seaman Services, Inc. - A placement agency duly licensed and accredited with the POEA and OWWA. We have just recently signed a contract to provide on-call and quarterly maintenance support services for their LAN, two servers and twenty computer workstations.

Each of our Computer Technician, who are persons with disabilities have the following qualifications:

Graduate of a Two- year college course for computer technician or computer repairs and maintenance;

Familiarity with the set up, cabling, administration, maintenance and repair of a Local Area Network (LAN);

Knowledgeable with LAN and internet data security (from virus and hacking);

Well-versed in data back up protocols for LAN environment.
