Laws Governing Disabilites

Over the years, several legislations have already been enacted, including numerous Presidential Proclamations and Declarations that pertains to disability related issues:
  R.A 7277 – Magna Carta for Disabled Persons
  RA 9442 – IRR OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9442,
  RA 10070 – Republic Act 10070
  EO 417 – Executive Order No. 417
  PD 125 – Philippine Observance of Asia and Pacific Decade of Disabled Persons 1993-2002
  PD 240 – Philippine Decade for Persons with Disabilities


SECTION 29 & 31 - of the General Appropriations Act of 2002  
All of which provide teeth to the enabling of persons with disabilities.
