Fianchetto Realty Hires a PWD Employee

Persons with disabilities (PWDs) is not a new thing to the Chairman of Fianchetto Realty Development Corp., Cesar M. Iligan. In fact, in 1981, Iligan witnessed the ceremonial moves of Asia’s First Chess Grandmaster Eugene Torre and Amado Dulnuan, a person with no arms [who happens to be the father of his physical therapist] during the First Kapansanan Chess Tournament conducted in the Philippines.

On November 21, 2011, Iligan contacted Nova Foundation and expressed his willingness to hire PWDs for Fianchetto Realty who can function as Sales Coordinators.

A meeting was scheduled on November 22 to discuss about the manpower requirement of Fianchetto Realty. Nova Foundation recommended one of its graduates, Aidyl Aquino and was officially accepted by Fianchetto Realty Development Corporation on November 29.
