In order to carry out the policies set by the Board, the President is assisted in the day-to-day activities of the Foundation by a management team through the following areas of responsibilities:

Operations & Marketing Department –

This Department is headed by Mr. Patrick James B. Agcaoili who is ably supported by the following managers and supervisors, to wit:

Ms. Rowena Jimenez - Production Manager
Mr. Jaime Awa – Processing Manager
Mr. Joel Ordonio - Data Controller

The Marketing & Operations group ensures that income generation activities is continuous and supports and funds the programs, projects and services of the Foundation. The Operations & Marketing group offers data encoding services, web page design & development services and computer maintenance services. Majority of the personnel of the Department are persons with disabilities who have proven that they can be productive member of mainstream workforce.

Finance & Administration Department –

Mainly responsible for the fund generation activities for the Foundation through international and local aid agencies, foreign and Philippine based donors.

HR & Training Department –

Management and supervision of the Training Center is just one of the many principal responsibilities of the HR & Training Department. It also includes the solicitation of companies who are willing to participate in the Job Placement assistance Program of the Foundation.

Including the staff of the Training Center, this Department is mostly manned by PWD personnel who underwent training with the Center itself.
