Among our trainees, we inculcate stewardship on the opportunities extended them by employers, benefactors, and other individuals and institutions who went out of their way to their open doors to PWDs through:

Established the infrastructure for a mutual support system among the graduates through:
- “within REACH” newsletter to update NOVA graduates and other PWDs on the activities of the Foundation and its graduates and reach out to different companies and create awareness and provide an access points to those who are interested
- Social Networking sites, serving as an interactive medium for updating and networking among themselves, other PWDs and other interested individuals or organizations
